To help you save time before you contact us by phone or email, we would like to ask if you could spare some time reading a list of all the commonly encountered questions along with their answers before making a query. Thank you for your time and patience.

General

Q1) I work all week and I am only available for a quote in the evenings or during the weekend. Am I able to request for your services during the evenings or weekends?

A1) Yes. We understand that our customers are busy due to different commitments. To account for this, we have decided to employ a flexible service by being able to work in the evenings and weekends to ensure that all our customers get a quote when it is most convenient for them. When filling out the online form for a quote please state the best time to visit you.

Q2) Do I have to pay for a quote?

A2) No, for a house quote it is free of charge, one of our managers will assess the job and send you a written estimation within 3 working days of having viewed the site. However in the case of an Insurance quote, you will be required to pay an initial £50 charge will be fully refunded once we have completed the assigned work that you have given us.

Q3) Can I receive a quote via e-mail?

A3) This is normally very difficult because every job is different. However if enough information is provided we will try our best to provide you with a quote via e-mail. Please note that because we are unable to start a job based on a e-mail quote, one of our managers will first have to asses the site in person.

Q4) What London areas do you cover?

A4) We cover all London areas, zones 1-6. However for larger projects we also travel outside London.

Q5) What is the best way to contact us for a quote?

A5) For an initial quote we advise customers to fill out our online form found at the “request a quote” page. The online form will ensure that we recieve all the nessesary information.

Q6) I want to go ahead with the work. When can you start?

A6) Once we receive confirmation from the customer, we will normally start the project within 5 working days. We always try our best to start sooner if the customer requires us to do so.

Q7) Do you work on weekends?

A7) Yes we work on weekends. Especially if a customer wants to get a job finished promptly.

Q8) Do you do insurance quotes?

A8) Yes, we do insurance quotes but we charge £50.00 for an insurance quote. However, once we completed the assigned project that you have given to us, we will fully refund the initial £50.00 charge. All our other quotes are free.
